A commissioned Personal Mandala is an effective way to explore and understand yourself. Mandalas express high vibrations and radiate positive energy into their surroundings.

The message carried by a Mandala, which I paint in deep concentration, inspires and supports a person's development. Vibrations rise to higher energetic levels, creating harmony around the person as they grow towards wholeness. The cooperating subtle bodies tune into the orchestra we build throughout our existence. Music emerges, and the sounds of happiness begin to play the symphony of life.

A Mandala is an energetic message affecting every area of life. The energy of a Personal Mandala can help overcome emotional difficulties and blocks. Looking at the painting, you see symbols with your eyes but receive them through your heart and sensitivity.

A calm, harmonious flow of energy allows the wonderful vibrations within a Mandala to open and blossom inside you. A process of energetic self-renewal, cleansing and illumination begins. Creativity awakens in different areas of life.

As a symbol of individuation, a Personal Mandala plays an important role in transforming psychic energy during personality development. It enables communication between consciousness and higher consciousness and can be understood as a personal guide shaping the personality.

✦ Partnership / Wedding / Marriage Mandala

A relationship rests on feelings, desires and mutual expectations. A relationship Mandala helps partners consider shared goals, brings harmony into their lives and supports mutual understanding. It also reveals shared tasks to be fulfilled.

The subtle energies within a Mandala help awaken love and friendship or strengthen their vibrations. A space for acceptance, respect and trust opens up. The Mandala creates a flow that allows the relationship's true needs to be heard.

A Partnership / Wedding / Marriage Mandala brings a sense of safety into a relationship and reveals its mystery.

✦ Original workshops — ask about dates

“Mandala: Conscious Life” workshop — Level I of the Mandala school ⌄

Join my original Conscious Life Mandala workshop to discover beauty within yourself across different areas of life. We will let go of limitations, explore Mandala symbolism and create Mandalas for ourselves. There will be meditations and exercises for a clear intuitive flow, working with heart awareness.

You will explore the symbolism of colours, shapes and numbers and learn to create your own Mandalas. The workshop ends with a Personal Mandala on canvas. You do not need drawing or painting skills — just a desire to create.

All materials, including pencils, paper, paints and canvas, are included. Take your finished Mandala and reference materials home.

Original “Rainbow Mandala®” workshops — art therapy through Mandala ⌄

Mandalas work holistically with soul, body and mind. A Rainbow Mandala brings to light emotions held in the body that block the flow towards a happy, fulfilled life. The Mandala offers a way to express and work through these emotions.

During the workshop, we will create mandalas using our inner creative resources. There will be meditations, chakra-harmonising exercises and practices for tuning into a clear flow of intuition.

The workshop's central theme is the Rainbow — an optical and meteorological phenomenon caused by the dispersion of light. Its traditional colours are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.

All materials, including pencils, drawing pads, paper, glue, glitter, paints and canvases, are included.

Original “Angelic Mandala®” workshops ⌄

Do you feel Angels in your life? Would you like to connect and speak with them? If you seek a deeper connection, join my workshop.

You will discover your Guardian Angel's name and learn to ask Angels for help and support. I will guide you through visualisations in which you visit ethereal Angels. You will paint a Mandala with your Angel…

You do not need painting skills — just a desire to create. All materials, including pencils, paints and canvas, are included.

✦ What is a Mandala?

A Mandala is a circle — a fundamental structure of the universe. Mandala motifs appear in prehistoric drawings on different continents. The Sanskrit word “Mandala” means the whole world, a sacred circle, a centre or the circle of life. In Tibetan Buddhism it is also a point: a sacred space symbolising the original source of all creation.

A Mandala may be a diagram drawn on the ground, fabric or wood. Sometimes it is made from coloured sand or rice or placed on temple walls. Precious stones have also been used to create mandalas.

The simplest mandala is circular, but it can take other forms: a star, floral motif, square, circle within a square, polygon, ellipse, ring, shell, planet or circles of any kind.

More about Mandalas on Facebook: a link to the Mandala page will be added here.

✦ Historical traces of Mandalas

Mandalas have appeared in cultures throughout the world. Well-known stone circles include Stonehenge in England, described as a sacred place of Celtic druids, and Odry, Węsiory and Ślęża in Poland. Circle symbolism was familiar to Celts, Germanic peoples, Native Americans and Slavs, among others.

Traces of mandalas can be found in rock drawings in the Americas, Africa and Europe. Circular plans were used for temples and tombs in China. Mandalas also appeared in Aztec culture, including its calendar, and on painted ceramics from Romania, Ukraine and the Balkans.

Mandala-like arrangements of floors and images occur in churches, cathedrals, temples and other places of worship. In Tibet, the monks' ritual of creating mandalas remains alive today.

✦ The meaning of a Mandala

Creating and contemplating a Mandala is a form of meditation. Mandalas focus on energy centres (chakras), which they can cleanse, harmonise and strengthen. They are created in stillness, reaching towards deeper sources of expression.

Creating a Mandala through free expression enables inner transformation and has a powerful therapeutic effect. Swiss psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung first used Mandalas in psychotherapy. In his theory, the Mandala represents the entirety of the psyche, both conscious and unconscious.

✦ My journey with Mandalas

My desire to paint Mandalas awakened suddenly. AN AWAKENING… I heard the word “MANDALA” and wanted to paint one. After my first Mandala, I felt a powerful urge to paint more. With each one, my energy and motivation grew, and my subtle bodies became more balanced.

Once this passion awakened in me, other people began asking me to paint Personal Mandalas for them. Afterwards, they spoke of positive effects on their health and physical or psychological wellbeing.

My graduation thesis was “Colours in the Mandala as a Tool for Colour Therapy”. Drawing on literature, therapists' knowledge and my own experience, I described the effects of colours in a Personal Mandala and considered their combined vibrations a tool for colour therapy.

A colourful Mandala also communicates emotions that are not always expressed. Some feelings are difficult to put into words. Colour is a universal language, and its vibrations carry emotional content hidden in the subconscious.

✦ The process of creating a Mandala

Before creating a Mandala, I choose a suitable place: a secluded space without distractions. I quiet my thoughts and, in relaxation, create room for creativity.

Before I begin, I enter a relaxed, peaceful state of meditation. I clear my thoughts and harmonise my subtle bodies, sometimes adding chanting and energetic cleansing.

During meditation, I connect spiritually, through the Higher Self, with the person for whom I am creating the Mandala. Once balanced, I begin: choosing materials, intuitively selecting colours and allowing the process to unfold. I note down insights that arise while painting.

When I reach complete stillness, the Personal Mandala is finished.

✦ The individual influence of a Personal Mandala

Every person is unique. A Mandala carries personal symbols and meaning relating to individuation and personality development. Through colour and symbols reaching the subconscious, desired qualities and events can be activated.

A Mandala's influence can be cleansing, soothing and calming. It can reveal intuitive glimpses of future development, affect one's outlook and attune one to high vibrations.

A Mandala supports spiritual development, heals the soul, connects with the divine within and supports healing in life. It brings beneficial inner and outer changes and helps restore inner order and connection with yourself.

A Mandala brings order to the inner world, helping you understand yourself and find your place in the outer world. Through it, you come to know and experience yourself, grounding your spiritual truth and the essence of your being.

A Personal Mandala offers an effective path to self-understanding: the calmer, more focused and relaxed the mind, the higher the vibrations expressed by the Mandala.
